Excellent apartment in a safe location with easy access to Manhattan and amazing skyline views. Positive: I liked the building itself — it is modern and feels brand new. The apartment had comfortable rooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and a great terrace where we could enjoy the Manhattan skyline at night. The neighborhood felt very safe, even after dark, and it offered easy access to Manhattan by subway. It was about a 15-minute walk to the station, and from there, only two stops to the World Trade Center. Negative: The only downside was that the subway can get very crowded during rush hours.

Positive: The location was ideal, close to the city and convenient to food and trains.

Positive: We liked what was around the location. Fast food and grocery store literally 2mins walk. The property was clean and modern.

Great apartment - clean, plenty of space, well equipped. Layout was perfect for our family of five so our two children could be in their own room and extra adult had their own room too. The shuttle to Grove Street PATH made getting into NYC really easy. Thanks to hosts for being super responsive. Glad we stayed here.

Positive: We like the hotel feel with home comfort. Negative: Needed hot water showers were cool warm. Kitchen had very hot water.
