Positive: We like the hotel feel with home comfort.
Negative: Needed hot water showers were cool warm. Kitchen had very hot water.

Family vacation to NYC for the New Year celebration. Excellent location next to grocery store and walking distance to local bars. Shuttle to PATH is a great benefit. The place was so clean, spacious and comfortable. The owner was very responsive and helpful before, during and after check out. We would definitely stay here again.
